Order Processing Times
We aim to process all orders promptly (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) may be eligible for same-day dispatch where possible. Orders placed after this time will typically be processed on the next working day.
*During peak periods, new collection launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: typically 2–4 working days after dispatch

Next Day Delivery: aims for delivery within 1 working day for eligible orders placed before the cut-off time (not gureteed)
- special Delivery: guaranteed next day before 1pm.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination, order value, and selected delivery method.
From time to time, we may offer promotional free shipping offers, which will be clearly stated on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your tracking details. Customers can use this information to monitor the progress of their delivery.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
While we work closely with trusted delivery partners, Gul Arfan is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or external factors beyond our control.
If a parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, we will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier service.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are correct at the time of placing an order. Gul Arfan is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Any delays, losses, failed deliveries, or additional shipping and handling costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
